Light Sesame Chicken

Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces Soy Sauce, 2 TbspHoney, 2 Tbsp Ginger, ground, 2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce, 2 tspSesame Seeds, 1 Tbsp Canola Oil, 1 tsp
Pound out breasts thin and slice them up for stir fry.
Mix together Honey, ginger, Chili garlic paste (you can get this in the grocery store or at an asian market), and soy sauce.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Put canola oil in a wok or coat a large frying pan. Heat pan, then stir fry chicken until cooked.
Pour in sauce and toss to heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over for serving.
I recommend broccoli for a side with this, it's what they give me at my favorite take out place with sesame chicken.
