Ingredients
16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 Can Coconut Milk1/8 t Cayenne Pepper2T mild Curry Powder1t ground cinnamon2T grated ginger root2 Chicken Bullion CubesSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown chicken. Cook until almost done. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Simmer very low for 1 hour. Tastes very good over 1 cup steamed rice.
