Orange Roughy 1 lb 1 Orange Fresh Mint Butter
Directions
boil 2 tlsp of water add cold butter about two pats
add orange roughy, orange zest, fresh mint and juice from the orange to pan, saute until fish is cooked. Serve with asparagus risotto
