Granola

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats1/3 c honey1/8 c brown sugar3 T. canola oil1/2 c chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, tossing to coat. Place in 9 x 13 lightly greased baking pan. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until desired browness. Store in airtight container. Makes (12) 1/4 c servings.

Recommended add-ins:
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c dried cranberries or other diced dried fruit
1/8 c dark chocolate pieces
