Parmesan Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 small onion, finely chopped1 1/4 pounds ground lean turkey4 slices whole wheat bread made into crumbs1/2 cup fat free milk1/4 cup egg beaters3 tablespoons ketchup2 tablespoons parmesan cheese1 teaspoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon thyme1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray. In small skillet, saute onion until tender. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and cooked onions. Shape into loaf and put it in prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
