2 tbsp Olive Oil1 large Onions, chopped5 cloves Garlic, minced2 14 oz cans chopped Tomatoes3 tbsp Tomato Paste,3 tsp fresh Thyme , chopped1 tbsp ground Oregano, chopped10 leaves fresh Basil, chopped
heat oil in skillet and add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs. Simmer for 15 mins. (35 if using fresh tomatoes)
