Black-eyed pea dip

Ingredients
1 can black-eyed peas, drained1 can plain artichokes, drained1 medium white onion, chopped2 Tbsp Parmesean cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing4 oz. mozzarella cheese, part-skim
Directions
Mix first six ingredients together. Pour into a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 miutes at 350 degrees. Serve with BAKED Tostitos. Serves 6.
