Apricot Flapjack

Ingredients
170g Jumbo Oats1tbsp sunflower seeds1tbsp flaked almonds25g dried apricots3tbsp honey5tbsp corn oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.


Add the honey and oil and mix well.


Press into a lightly greased tin.


Bake for 30 minutes


Leave to cool slightly then cut into about 12 fingers.
