Turkey, Spinach & Feta Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 Pound of Lean Ground Turkey1 large Yellow Onion2 cups of Baby SpinachReduced Fat Feta Cheese (1oz)1/3 cup of Greek Yogurt1 cup of Sun Dried Tomatoes1 Sweet Red Pepper2 Large Eggs1 Cup of McCann's Irish Oatmeal2 cloves of chopped Garlic
Directions
Spray a bread pan or casserole dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400. Chop garlic, Red Pepper, onion, spinach and Sun dried tomatoes. In a large bowl add chopped ingredients. Add 2 eggs. Add ground turkey, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. (add salt and pepper to taste if desired) Pour mixture into bread pan or casserole dish. Cover with foil. Cook for 30 minutes and then remove foil and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
