Turkey Chili

1 lb. extra lean ground turkeylarge can crushed tomatoes3 15 oz. cans of red kidney beans, two drained3 green bell peppers, chopped coarsely3 yellow onions, chopped coarsely1 tbsp. of tomatoe paste4-5 tbsp of chili powder to taste3 tbsp of garlic powder to taste4-5 tbsp of cumin seeds or adjust for cumin powder1/4 c olive oil
Makes 12 1-cup servings
Saute turkey with onions and peppers in olive oil. Add to large pot. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, a cup of water, along with all spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Taste and add chili powder, cumin, and garlic if needed to taste. Add one can kidney beans undrained and two cans kidney beans drained. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
