Feta Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 8 oz container Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbled1 tbsp oregano1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl really well and then form into 6 patties. Cook the patties in a non stick pan on the stove until done. Serve on a light wheat hamburger bun.

    I love this recipe...I use it all the time. Sometimes I find that the turkey is a bit dry for my tastes, so I add an egg white when I'm mixing it all together. It does the trick. - 2/16/09
