4 cups of wild rice3 cans of mushroom or 10 fresh mushroomssalk of celerycajan season mix when you add the wild rice to the mushroom, sausage mixture.
Cook the wild rice as usual. Brown the sauage, add mushrooms and celery. Add cajun spices while you add the wild rice.
