Sharon's Cheese Soup

Ingredients
4 chicken bouillon cubes1 qt water1 c onion, diced1 c celery, diced2 c potatoes, diced20 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables2 cans cream of chicken soup1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions
Cook bouillon, water, onion & celery for 30 minutes. Add potatoes & veggies. Cook additional 30 minutes. Add soup and stir. Add velveeta & stir until melted
