2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 10g of pmpkin seeds, 10g of sunflower seeds, 30 raisins, 30g oats, 50g of low fat cottage chesse, 1tsp of honey.
mix together seeds, oats,raisins and eggs. Make an omlet. fry on non-stick pan for 5 min in total (both sides). Put it on the plate, cover with cottage chesse and honey. DELICIOUS :O)
