Chicken mushroom casserole

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast5 cups wide egg noodles1 can Health request cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, cook in skillet until no longer pink. In a separate pot add noodles to boiling water. Add soup to chicken and simmer while noodles are cooking. When noodles are done, drain and add to chicken and sauce.
