Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Frozen banana1 cup frozen strawberries1 8 oz container of fat free vanilla yogurt1/2 - 1 cup of 2 % or skim milk, depending on desired consistency. (The nutritional info includes 2% milk)
Directions
Peel and chop the frozen banan into 1 inch rings. Combine the banana, strawberry, yogurt and 1/2 cup milk in the bowl of your blender. Pulse to break up the banana and strawberry and then add milk to reach desired consistency.

    This was very good. I added 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter because I was sharing it with my son, which made it even better of course (more calories/fat). - 3/4/09
