- raspberries (frozen or fresh)- strawberries (frozen or fresh)- 1 scoop your favorite protein powder (unflavored or vanila)- ice- 1 medium banana
Directions
place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until you have reached thr desired consistency and taste, pour, and serve!
