Using 1 - 5 oz can of Bumble Bee Tuna (shredded), I mix in the following:2 TBSP of light mayo2 TBSP of wasabi mustard2 TBSP of sweet relish2 TBSP of fresh chopped cilantro2 TBSP of diced red onion1/4 C of seeded/diced cucumberSeason to taste with: white pepper and True Lime [crystalized lime substitute], fresh lime jucie may be used, but will add more liquid to this recipe. Serve as a sandwich or a wrap - enjoy.
