1 can garbanzo beans1 T plus 2 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. ranch dressing powder
Rinse and drain beans. Put in bowl and toss with oil. Add seasoning and mix well.
Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Roast in 400 F oven for up to 45 minutes. Check each 15 minutes to stir.
They're done when they're brown and crispy. Takes 30 to 45 minutes.
