Creamed Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups Cauliflower, raw4 Tbsp Tillamook Lite Sour Cream1-2 tsp Feta Cheese, about 1/2 oz1/2 cup Shredded Colby and Montery Jack cheese1/3 tsp Morton Lite SaltBlack pepper
Directions
Wash cauliflower, cut into small pieces. Place in microwave safe dish, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 6-8 minutes or until cauliflower is soft. Add sour cream and cheeses, puree in blender or with an immersion hand blender. May add salt & pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings, approximately 1/2 cup each
