Mexican Rice with Beans and Corn

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can yellow corn, drained and rinsed1 can tomato sauce3 cups minute rice, uncooked2 cups water1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
slowly stir together water and tomato sauce until blended. Add garlic powder and bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Add minute rice, rinsed beans and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat until liquid is absorbed by rice. Serve 1/2 cup servings. Makes 10 servings.
