Chili, beef or turkey

Ingredients
ground beef or ground turkey, green pepper, canned tomatoes, onion, kidney beans.
Directions
Saute ground meat with peppers, onion and salt. Once meat is browned and veggies translucent, add tomatoes, tomato paste and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in chili powder and simmer another 10 minutes.

Makes about 6-8 1-c servings.
