Kathy's cabbage salad

Ingredients
1 Head of Red Cabbage1 Head of Napa Cabbage1 Head of Romaine Lettuce1 pkg of julienned carrots1 bunch of green onions1 pkg of slivered almonds2 cans of Chinese hard noodlesShred both heads of cabbage as well as Romaine lettuce. Slice green onions. Add carrots. Place in a big bowl. In smaller dishes put almonds and hard noodles. Have guests put salad portions on their own plates and top with almonds and hard noodles.Salad dressing in hand-held blender jar.1/3 cup apple cider vinegar½ cup sugar1 clove of minced garlic¼ c onion1 tsp of prepared mustard½ cup mayonnaise¼ tsp saltBlend all together ,then add ¾ c olive oil and blend again. Pour over individual portions.
