Baked Shrimp with Feta

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil3/4 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails off3 garlic cloves, peeled, mincedcooking spray1/2 cup white wine3 cups diced plum tomatoes, diced fine - about 3/4 lb4 cups cooked linguine or whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Heat oil in large non stick skillet over med high heat. Add the oregano and next 4 ingredients (oregano through garlic); saute for 3 mins. Spoon the shrimp mixture into a 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Add wine to skillet; cook over low heat until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 3 minutes). Stir in tomato and pour over shrimp mixture; Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve mixture over pasta.
