1 package of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta1 lb of Ground Turkey Breast (Less Fat)2 cans of Cambell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom1 cup sweet Onion chopped2 4oz cans of canned Mushrooms
Boil water and cook noodles till soft and drain
Cook in a skillet the Ground Turkey Breast and Onion till meat is cooked. Add the Cream of Mushroom and canned mushrooms and cook on medium till onion is soft. Serve over noodles. I like a larger portion so I divided it into 5 servings and it still is 7.5grams of Fat total.
