Curry Honey Chicken

8 frozen chicken breasts (Approx. 2 lbs)1/3 cup honey1/3 cup canola oil1 Tbsp Curry powder1 Tbsp Dry Mustard1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix honey, oil, and spices together until well blended
Arrange the chicken in a pan (a lipped cookie sheet works well) and coat with sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is done. Bake time will vary largely based on how thick your chicken is. If the packaging has instructions, follow those bake times.

Was SO easy to make, but I may try to kick up the flavor a notch next time.
Also, for those who do not buy standard honey (often because it's origin is China): be careful that your farmer's market honey isn't TOO thick for this recipe! I had to microwave the mix for 15 seconds to blend it better. - 9/30/09
