Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup1/5 cups reduced fat sour cream20 Ritz crackers (I used "hint of salt")1 Tbls poppy seeds1/2 stick melted butter
Directions
Cook chicken (I boiled mine for 15 minutes) and cut into bitesize pieces

Mix soup, sour cream, & poppy seeds. Add chicken

Melt butter and mix with crumbled crackers.

Put chicken mixture in a casserole dish, top with cracker mix, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Serve and enjoy!

4 BIG serving. Recalculate if you eat smaller portions.
