Oat & Almond Breakfast Bars

1/2 c vegetable oil1/2 c honey2 tsp vanilla1 large egg2 cups oat1.25 c whole wheat flour1/2 c brown sugar1/2 c almonds1/2 c raisins1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x 13 pan with nonstick foil or lightly greased foil.
Mix honey, oil, vanilla, and egg. In another bowl mix oats, flour, sugar, almonds, raisins and salt until combined. Stir in honey mixture until blended. Scrape into prepared pan and pat oat mixture evenly into the pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completly about 1 hour. When cool transfer to a cutting board and cut into 24 pieces.
