frozen chicken marinate : 1/2 cup yogurt4oz lemon or lime juice1 tbspn coriander,1 tbspn cumin grated garlic & ginger
Directions
dunk frozen chicken in water 15 min peal skin & slash mark with knife
marinate with 1/2 cup yogurt ,juice,1 tspn coriander,
1 tspn cumin & grated garlic & ginger
hour or more
bake in oven 375 one hour
broil for last 5 min
