Salmon and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon2 Tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, chopped8 oz, whole wheat fusilli pasta, dry2 oz sundried tomato1/2 cup chopped fresh basilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Salt and pepper salmon to taste. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Broil salmon until flaky. With a fork, separate into pieces. (Canned salmon could be substituted) Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water. In a skillet heat olive oil. Add, chopped garlic and sundried tomatoes. Cook until softened. Add separated salmon pieces. Combine with cooked pasta. Top with chopped basil. This made 7 1 cup servings.
