Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced3 Tbsp white sugar1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup chicken broth1Tbsp butter1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
2 servings (at my house ;) )

Add carrots, salt, broth, and one Tbsp sugar to pot
Simmer covered for 5 minutes
Remove lid. Add remaining sugar and butter. Cook for two minutes until glaze is reduced by half.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir to coat evenly.

May also add golden raisens for a yummy treat, if desired.
