Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs, well beaten1 tsp. vanilla extract0.25 cup granulated sugardash of salt4 tbsp. butter, melted2 tsp. baking soda4 tsp. baking powder2 cups buttermilk2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Mix eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt, and butter in a large bowl with a wire whisk. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and buttermilk. Whisk until batter is just wet. Cook on hot griddle at 350 degrees until golden brown, flip and cook until golden brown again. Serve hot. Makes 12 4" diameter pancakes.
