Spicy Chicken Cassarole

1 Can Green Enchalada Sauce2 pounds chicken breasts1 package fat free cream cheese1 cup water1/2 cup green onions12 corn tortillas1 can chicken broth1 can fat free cream of chicken1 can rotel 1 package low sodium taco seasoning2 tbsp wheat flour2 cup tomato2 cup lettuce16 tbsp sour cream2 avocadoes2 jalaponoes
Boil chicken and 1 jalaopno for flovor. Keep 1 cup of water chicken is boiled in and shred chicken when done.
Add can of cream of mushroom, rotel, cream of chicken, chicken broth, package of cream cheese, package of taco seasoning, green onions, and 2 tbsp wheat flour.
layer in cassarole dish 6 tortillas then half of the above mixture and add 1/4 cup of cheese on top. Repeat but on 2nd layer add can of green enchalada sauce on top.
Cook for 45 minutes on 350
Top with 1/4 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, 2 tbsp sour cream , 1/4 of an avacado, and if liked . fresh jalaponos. (this is included in calorie and nutritional totals)
