All or any kind of lettuce greens you can get the more the better, Celery,leeks,crushed garlic, we have even added Broccoli, carrots. The Dressing is sesame oil, Korean soy sauce, Korean Apple vinegar, Splenda or Sugar (to taste), (salt optional). the flavor should be light not over powering. if you like it Spicy (Koreans like everything HOT) put red chili powder on it, Korean Chili pepper powder preferred.My Husband dose not like salad unless it has ranch all over it, and that is not good for his Health he loves this Salad.
It makes as little at 2 servings to 10 servings with a cup per person, Korean style is to place it in the middle of the table and share the plate.
