Balsamic Chicken with Spinach & Mushroom

Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into pieces1 Cup of Minute Minute Rice (or Cooked Rice)1 Cup of Fresh, sliced Mushroom2 Garlic Cloves, chopped1/2 Cup Raw Onion, chopped3 Cup of Baby Spinach (Eye ball it, they shrink up)Balsamic Vinegar (to taste)Worcestershire Sauce (to taste)2 TableSpoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Chop the Garlic and onions.
In a large pan, add the olive oil about 2 tablespoons (eye ball it), set the pan to medium.
Add the garlic and onion to the pan.
In a sauce pan prepare the minute rice as directed on the box, add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the water.
When the onions are translucent , add the chicken to the pan. Add a splash of the Worcestershire Sauce and Balsamic vinegar.
When the chicken is no longer pink add your mushroom and spinach. Add the spinach a handful at a time, it wilts quickly so use your discretion as to how much.
When the rice finished you can add it to the pan to mix it in or serve the chicken, spinach, & mushroom over the rice.
