Indian Sunflower Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup oil3/4 cup brown sugar1 egg replacer (I use Bobs Red Mill)1/2 teaspoon vanilla3/4 cup flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups rolled oats3/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Cream oil, brown sugar, egg replacer and vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt (unless seeds are salted). Add oats and sunflower seeds.

Cook @ 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.
