1 pound pre-cooked shrimp1 large head bok choy1 pkg bean sprouts (2 cups)1 pkg snap peas (2 cups)1 cup chicken broth2 tbsp oyster sauce3 tbsp soya sauce
Directions
place shrimp and liquid ingredients in bottom of slow cooker. Layer vegetables on top. Cook on high for 4 hours.
