yummy meatballs

Ingredients
1.5 lb extra lean beef3/4 c rolled oats1/2 c green onions (or green bell peppers if you prefer)1/3 c tomato puree1 large egg1 tsp salt (to taste)marinara sauce (not calculated in nutrition info)
Directions
combine ingredients; form about 16 meatballs. in skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil (I use EVOO). brown meatballs. drain fat (if not using lean meat). cover meatballs with marinara sauce. cover skillet, and simmer for 30 minutes. enjoy :D.
