Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Bar Cookies

1/2 cup Brown Splenda1/4 cup white Splenda1/4 cup margarine3/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)1 egg3 TBS milk2 teaspoon Vanilla extract1 1/2 cup flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamon3 cups uncooked oatmeal1 cup raisins or cransins1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350 degree. Beat sugars and margarine together. Add applesauce, egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spray a 9 X 13 baking pan with pam or grease very lightly. Spread dough into pan until even. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 24 squares. Best to store in refrigerator.
