Beef & Broccoli stir fry

1 spear of broccoli1 cup of baby carrots cut in half lengthwise1 med onion sliced in lengthwise wedges6oz lean hamburger1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp of tapioca or corn starch6 oz water
Brown hamburger in a non stick pan until done. Stir in soy sauce, half the water & all the vegetables. Stir for a moment & then put on a tight lid. Let veggies cook until steam starts to escape from under the lid. Stir oyster sauce & corn starch into remaining water & add to contents of the pan. Turn off heat & stir mixture into vegetables until it thickens & coats everyting. Put tight lid back on & let sit for 5 minutes. Serve over 1 cup of brown rice. Makes two servings.
