Asian Salmon Glaze

Ingredients
1 salmon fillet1/2 TBS dijon mustard1/4 C brown sugar2 TBS soy sauce 1 TBS fish sauce1/4 C teriyaki sauce1/2 TBS lemon juice2 TBS minced garlic2 tsp grated ginger root
Directions
1) Place fish fillet in a tin foil envelope

2) Combine remaining ingredients, pour over fish, reserving about 1/3

3) Place foil envelope on heated grill and grill about 20-25 mins, basting fish at least once or place foil envelope in a baking dish and bake at 375 for about 25 mins basting at least once
