Shrimp Mold

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 envelope Knox gelatin1 6 oz of small shrimp1 Cup finely chopped spring onions1 Cup Mayo1 8 oz cream cheese
Directions
Heat Soup – do not add water

Add 3 tablespoons water to gelatin and dissolve

Add gelatin to hot soup

Soften cream cheese

Add rest of ingredients

Add mayo

Lightly grease mold (I use Pam spray)

Pour ingredients into mold

Chill for 6 hours

Serve with crackers of your choice.


I usually use 2 cans of crab meat or 2 cans of Shrimp – depends on how much you want in the mold.
