Tuna, White Bean, and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1.25 c. pasta, cooked1 can Cannellini Beans, drained2 cans albacore tuna, drained1 carrot, sliced2 stalks celery, sliced1/4 c. onion, thinly sliced2 medium tomatoes, chopped2 T. olive oil2 T. lemon juicesalt and pepperherbs to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; add salt and pepper and fresh herbs to taste (dill, parsley, fennel fronds, basil, etc.). Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Makes 4 1.5- cup servings.
