Shrimp and Mushrooms w/sauce

Ingredients
* Shrimp, raw, 20 oz * Fat Free Skim Milk, .50 cup * *Flour, white, .50 cup * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp * Basil, 1 tsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp * Sage, ground, 1 tsp * Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * Seasoning Blend, 1 cup * Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped
Directions
1. Heat Olive Oil, add mushrooms, seasoning blend, shallots,and spices. Cook down...2-5 min
2. Add shrimp...cook for 15min
3. Add milk and flour...fshould have a nice sauce
4. cook for 10 min
5. Serve over rice or noodles.
