Cheese Garlic Fondue

Ingredients
1/2 cup apple cider3 oz monterey jack3 oz muenster cheese1 tsp lemon juicegarlic powderonion powdersalt pepper
Directions
Heat cider to just below boiling in a pan on the stove. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Mix shredded cheese in with cornstarch (put both in a plastic bag and shake). Add a little at a time to the warm cider and stir well. Heat to just bubbling. Pour into fondue pot to keep warm.
