Cabbage, Beef & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
8 cup Cabbage, fresh, shredded 2 cup, Broccoli, fresh, chopped 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped or sliced ½ cup Green Peppers, chopped½ cupPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced ½ cup Onions, raw, chopped 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean1 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, shredded
Directions
Place ½ of the shredded cabbage on bottom of casserole pan, then top other vegetables and meats in layers, then add the rest of the cabbage on top of that and press down. Cook in oven at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, then add shredded cheese on top. Place back in oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
