Ingredients
# Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cups # Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) # Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp # Ginger Root, 2 tsp # *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp # *Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper # Garlic, 1 tsp # *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp # Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat all (except yogurt) and simmer until thicker and darker, when finished, add yogurt. Serve over rice, great with naan.
