Smothered Cube Steak

Ingredients
4 pack of tenerized cube steak, 2 packages of mushrooms, 1 red onion, 1 Jar of Heinz Homestyle Beef Gravy, olive oil and 1/2 cup of flour to brown the steaks.
Directions
Cut up mushrooms and onion, cook in 1 tbsp of olive oil until cooked through. In the meantime dredge the steaks in flour and brown on both sides using 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Once the onions and mushrooms are cooked and the steaks have been browned, drain any water that there may be from the onions and mushrooms, place the steaks on top of the mushroom onion mixture, then top with the gravy. Cover and simmer until the steaks are cooked the way you like them (15 to 20 minutes). Stir and serve by itself or over mashed potatoes.
