Victory Garden Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef2 1/2 cups water1 cup rice, uncooked3 beef bouillon cubes1/2 teaspoon mustard6 slices cheddar cheese1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped (or canned chopped tomatoes, drained)
Directions
Brown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain off fat.
Stir in water, rice, onion, bouillon cubes, dry mustard. Bring to boil; stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
Cut 4 slices of cheese into small pieces.
Stir cheese pieces, green pepper, and tomato into cooked rice mixture.
Cut remaining cheese slices into triangles; arrange on top. Let stand until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes
