Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup beef broth1 6 oz. can mushrooms1 medium onion, diced3 cups whole wheat egg noodles
Directions
Brown ground beef and add onions - cook until translucent. Add canned mushrooms, can of soup, beef broth, and egg noodles. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well, and serve.
